Hobby Master 1/72 Air Power Series HA4505 McDonnell Douglas F-15B Baz 704, Double Tail Sqn., Tel Nof, May 1978.
Under the Peace Fox agreement Israel would receive
two F-15B Baz “Eagle” with the first to arrive
in May 1978 as #704. On June 27, 1979 while flying solo, Yoel Feldsho’s #704
shot down a Syrian MiG-21
using an AIM-7F Sparrow. On June 11, 1982, now numbered as 404 this same aircraft
shot down another Syrian MiG-21 using a Python 3.
In 1981 individual aircraft
were given names written
in Hebrew and 704 would be assigned Hetz Mi Keshet (Arrow From Bow).
