Yesterday Lightning T5 ZU-BBD / XS452 took to the air from Cape Town International Airport (FACT) off runway 19 and headed north for Delta 200 (a general flying area north of Cape Town). Thunder City is back but with a licence for a private operation, not a commercial one.
