Hobby Master 1/72 Air Power Series, HA3814, F-16C Block 40G Fighting Falcon 89-2137, 31 OG "Triple Jastreb-Killer".
On
February 28, 1994 during Operation Deny Flight F-16C 89-2137 from the 526th TFS (Black
Knights) 86th TFW based at Ramstein, Germany but assigned to 31 OG (Operational
Group) was patrolling over Bosnia.
F-16 pilot Captain Robert Wright managed to
score 3 victories over Serbian Soko Galeb G-4s using 2 AIM-9Ms and 1 AIM-120 AMRAAMs.
Three Serbian emblems were painted on the F-16 that day but were removed later
the same day and replaced with green stars.
