On Wednesday I was driving over Kloof Nek when I saw a gaggle of Porsche 911s, no ordinary 997, but the brand new 991!!!! What's more I saw 3 more groups of about 6 cars with a Cayenne pace car.
Clearly the new 911 is being launched in Cape Town!!! After digging around a little I found these two YouTube clips. Gotta say the cars looked and sounded fantastic!!!
The cars are being driven around the Peninsula, I saw them between Hout Bay and Kloof Nek. Porsche have also booked Kilarney for the month I'm told. Only journalists have been invited to the international launch of the 991 Porsche 911 in Cape Town.
