On Wednesday evening last week cable theft brought a few suburbs in the area to a grinding halt without landlines or ADSL. Currently there seems no end in sight.

I believe the crime of cable theft should be reclassified as more serious by authorities and more should be done to combat the scurge.
Having been affected just reinforces my views that tougher measures and sanctions need to be implimented urgently.
