This has been both a nail-biting and and exciting week for the Vulcan XH558′s team as they watched the funding gauges accelerate towards the targets that will allow XH558 to be prepared for flight once more.
XH558′s supporters contributed to an amazing final few days of fundraising for Operation 2015 with more than £17,000 of pledges received since Tuesday’s newsletter.
Robert Pleming, the organization director, said: "I am delighted to announce that our £400,000 Operation 2015 pledge goal was exceeded by a safe margin last night – the target date for the campaign."
