Red Falcon have advised the industry that they have decided to pull back and indefinitely postpone work on the MiG 23 before final production began. It is a very disappointing development indeed, but we need to understand how large an undertaking the "from the ground up" production of a high-quality model can become, it may have been too great an obstacle for a start-up company.
