Some more good news.

Late last year a parcel containing two models for collectors went missing in the post. Thankfully the parcel finally turned up after more than two months.

Happily we now have two collectors getting models we all thought had been lost, great result.

The models in question are the 1/48 HM Ginger Lacy clipped wing RAF SEAC Spitfire Mk. XIV and 1/72 HM USMC Fighting Shamrocks F-4J Phantom II.

New Hobby Master Releases for April 2011

For April we have a good few interesting new releases. Stand outs are the much requested Kiwi A-4 Skyhawk, Black Aces F-4B, Final Flight GR.9 Harrier in grey/green camo.

There's also the Bunker Hill Avenger, another F-22 and F-111. In 1/48 there's an interesting looking Fw190 F-8 fighter bomber and Spitfire Mk. XIV.

In the Airliner Series there's a 1/144 Iberia Junkers Ju52 and in 1/200 2 new DC-2s, one KLM and the other from the Spanish Republican Government.

Just looking at the ground power series there's the rocket T-stoff tanker. Models like these would go well any aviation diorama.

On the Collectors Front...

After a long hunt we've finally bagged two very elusive Corgi Bf 109Es. Both specifically requested by collectors. First is the JG26 Adolf Galland Corgi 49202 and the second is the Corgi Desert Camouflage Hans Joachim Marseille Corgi 49204, both models long discontinued.
